As we have completed a number of bespoke homes for a large number of Architects & Engineers our experience gained in completing buildings of different styles & finish has given us the ability to use this when dealing with any new Clients. We also have an extensive list of contacts in the Design & Engineering Professions should new Clients require us to help them through the design process.
When the build process is completed builders are now required to work with the Clients with any maintenance or defects that may arise over the first year of the buildings life. By being local we are able to manage this requirement first hand without the need to travel from out of town.
